This programme has been specifically designed to optimise your glute growth whilst training at home with minimal equipment.
This programme is not suitable for complete beginners who are new to lifting (i.e. you have only been lifting for 3 months or less). There is a an At Home Booty Programme for beginners. To complete this programme you will need:
Dumbbells
Resistance bands of different strengths (ideally a heavy hip circle band and a door attachment set of bands, however any resistance bands can be used).

Maximise your glute development whilst training at home
Educate why certain exercises are better using scientific principles
Demonstrate how to optimise your glute training when you're training at home with minimal equipment
Teach the anatomy and biomechanics of the glutes, giving a foundational understanding of this area
